At Sam Bat, we stand behind the quality of our professional grade wood bats and gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused, non-custom items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your item is unused, in its original packaging, and is not a personalized custom bat, as custom orders are final sale unless a manufacturing defect is present.
Request Authorization
Contact our customer service team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.
Pack and Ship
Securely package your bat or equipment to prevent damage during transit and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box.
Processing and Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
