How long does it take to receive a custom bat order?
Custom bats are handcrafted to your exact specifications. Typically, custom orders take 3 to 5 weeks for production plus shipping time, depending on the season and current demand.
Do you offer a warranty on your wood bats?
Due to the nature of the sport, wood bats do not come with a standard longevity warranty. However, we stand by our craftsmanship and offer a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.
How do I choose the right bat model and turning for my swing?
We offer various turnings based on barrel size, handle thickness, and taper. Power hitters often prefer the top-heavy feel of the KB1 or SG1, while contact hitters may prefer more balanced models like the CD1.
Do you ship internationally?
